My lash lift & colour with Chantelle was cancelled but she didn't bother to let me know and I got the usual Treatwell reminder that my appointment was going ahead when it wasn't, so I wasted time travelling to the salon. Treatwell only allows you to leave a review for bookings you actually have (misleading!) so having to leave my review under the patch test. Very disappointed at the poor communication, they've made no attempt to apologise or reschedule, will avoid this salon in future
