The salon was very noisy with one member of staff shouting above the sound of the hairdryer to converse with her client. I hope for a calm enjoyable experience when I have my hair done. I am a newish client.
Saffron is lovely and I am happy with her. She is getting to know my hair. I am 81years old, a retired teacher and self employed insurance broker. I hope this helps.

The girls who work in this salon are always friendly and cheerful. I had a photo of the style I wanted and Danielle re-created it perfectly, which I have to say doesn't often happen at other salons I have been to.
