Olivia is aware of how I like my hair to be cut which in its self is reassuring ,
I do think a small reception area would be useful , as I felt like a spare part , the salon was fairly busy and no one to take your details . There were two seats for clients but one was occupied and the other not available due to coats on the seat !
I appreciate staff are dealing with clients , but perhaps be aware of
