Paid for 45 minute wash cut and blow dry and was out in 20 minutes. Tried dozens of times to call and no answer and voicemail too full to leave a message. Have emailed and no response. Basically been ripped off and charged for a service I didn’t receive, and impossible to get in touch with them to query. Will never be returning, but will still be pursuing the money I’m owed.
