Had the most lovely appointment with Olivia, she was so knowledgeable and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted before going ahead and it never felt rushed but professional and luxurious. The highlights are gorgeous and the cut really suits my face shape she knew exactly what she was doing. Amazing experience.
