I had the Tok Sen therapy treatment again, and it was incredible. The rhythmic tapping technique really helped release deeper tension. I felt lighter, more balanced and totally relaxed afterward. I highly recommend!!

Second time going. My back flare ups can be really bad so first time round I could barely walk only did 30 minutes and didn’t have a flare up since September. Recently my back was getting bad again, I knew straight away I needed to get back but this time for an hour. Absolutely amazed what toksen has done for me. Don’t get me wrong I’m still tender but I was so tight everywhere I know no pain no gain and my word its so worth it. I’m now going to be going regularly as much as I can
