Mai Salon Manchester deserves a medal. Even the email confirmation and reminder were top-tier. Bex (Rebecca) is a total pro — instantly understood what I wanted (despite my vague instructions), amazing people skills and chat so good the time flew. Reception staff were friendly, chatty and professional. I went in looking like a mop and left looking salon-perfect — even my family approved (a miracle). Fantastic value for money. Hair rescued, confidence restored. Will 100% be back ✂️😄
