Always exactly what I need, love how Ellie doesn't cut too much off and recommends layers / shaping in the right places, so my hair looks it's best. LOVED the blow dry with rollers too!
Only tiny thing I would change is if I could get 2 hair washes, as my hair had some dry shampoo build up and needed a bit extra. But otherwise, great service! x

Loyal customer (2+years) here who will not be returning. Rang up to reschedule my appointment to a later date due to unforeseen circumstances. I was told I can’t because the policy states you must inform them of a change to booking 48 hrs before. Well sorry that I can’t see into the future. Appreciate the girls miss out on business (assuming no walkins), but a loyal customer is £40 down and has received absolutely no service. What a silly policy, especially on this economic climate.
