The salon looks very pretty but close up it seems very cheap. My haircut was ok but a miscommunication meant the lady took off far more than I've ever had before around the front - not sure why you'd chop 4 inches off when someone comes in and just asks for a trim. Blow dry was very nice but overall just seemed a little cheap and also not the friendliest staff. It was also freezing cold upstairs where I had my manicure.
