My hairdresser was really nice and started on my hair straight away even if I was 20 minutes early. She took her time to make sure my hair looks good and asked my opinion and confirmation that I am happy with everything. I can also go back to get my fringe redone for free when it grows too long which I find very helpful as I haven't of other places doing that. It was a good experience for me and I got nice compliments on my hair later.

The appointment was delayed even though it wasn't busy. They were doing some building work as well so it was noisy. You also can't use credit card (the machine may have been broken). The hairdresser took her time and did a good job though which brought the score up. They have new owners so the first few negatives could be teething problems. I would give it a second chance.
