Lovely experience at Mai Salon. Always daunting visiting a new salon for highlights as there is always the fear you may come out with orange streaks! No need to have worried here as Mollie did a fantastic job of my highlights and cut and was lovely to chat to also. I could tell she definitely cared about doing a good job. Only (very tiny) criticism would be that she was running about 35 mins behind when she started my hair, but she rang me beforehand to let me know and also gave me a complimentary treatment, so no issues here. Will definitely return :)
