I was sadly a bit disappointed with my hair colour and cut the day after the appointment as the blonde looked a bit green and the bangs were not cut straight... Thankfully, the colour has improved with washing, but considering the high price I paid and previous fantastic reviews, I would have expected a bit more. The stylists were friendly and understandably busy, but did not seem to engage in genuine conversation - asking me the same questions multiple times after forgetting my answers.
