I booked Mai based on the reviews I’ve read about it. I personally didn’t have the best experience, the lady who did my hair had long acrylic nails on which were painful when I was having my hair washed and snagged at my hair. The blow dry was rushed and was far from relaxing - not sure if was due to a rush to finish. I felt like I left with a sore head!
