Very disappointed with my cut and colour. Had to apply my own toner at home immediately after my appointment as my hair was turned a strange yellow/ginger colour. The highlights were also messy and colour was not applied to the root. I have been getting highlights in my hair for many years and this is by far the worst colour I’ve had. My hair cut also felt rushed and looked a mess. So gutted as I don’t earn much money so I couldn’t afford to get it fixed properly.
