Waited 30mins to be served for 5mins service I didnt get, the lady who works there informed me that I need to book wash, haircut and blow dry. Refused to do a simple trim, i didnt even get a refund. I went to salon next door and got a perfect fringw which took exactly 5 mins.

This has been my go-to place for several months now, and still go there even after moving out of Manchester city-centre. The place has a nice atmosphere, isn't massive so isn't loud or busy, is clean and modern, and you're always made to feel welcome.
Carron is especially attentive, pleasant, easy to chat to and really takes her time. She is enthusiastic, focussed and friendly, and gives the best head massages during the wash!
