I had a bad experience in another salon, my hair was left in bad condition and a strange colour! She was attentive and made sure she checked my hair thoroughly and talked me through what she would recommend. She explained my hair will take another visit to be fully corrected. Only thing I would say is that the cost's do dd up, toner, treatment, add ons are expensive. But I guess that's the cost of good hair! Overall she was excellent at her job and I will 100% be back. Thank you :)
