I had my haircut as a birthday present and had never been to this salon before, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcome! The lady at the desk was so friendly and warm, and I was seen straight away. The communication was fantastic throughout the whole experience.
My stylist Ellie absolutely nailed it—she knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job! I am over the moon with my new haircut. Honestly, I can’t recommend this salon enough—10/10, would definitely come back!
