Nicola was really great and helped me figure out what colour would be best and explained the process! She was super friendly and easy to talk to and did a great job on my hair! Unfortunately the dye job came out of my hair after 1 wash but they brought me back in and tried an alternative dye and colour which worked great and is still as vibrant a few weeks later! It was free of charge & they did a beautiful blowdry and beach waves! 🤩
