It was a lovely experience. But I felt like I paid a lot to look very similar to what I had when I walked in. Everyone is advising me my hair doesn’t look much different x I can see it too

I emailed to say I lost my voice and to respond back via email and yet I still get calls. I needed to rearrange appointment and they were no help. I definitely will not be using this salon again nor will I be recommending it to friends or family!
