Had a wonderful experience. I'm someone who has not done anything drastic to my hair, maybe ever. Decided it was time to go for something new and after a consulation decided to go for a full balayage, root stretch and cut with coppery tones. Completely changing my hair colour but in a way that looked natural too. My wants and needs were met with professionalism and care for my hair. Chantelle was great, friendly and knew exactly whatshe was doing. I love my new hair! I've had many compliments. Thankyou
