This was my first visit and won't be the last! Frank was simply amazing! He knew I had a bad expetience at a different salon and really listened to me and understood exactly what I was looking for. He was very friendly and took his time with my hair and asked me all the questions an experjenced hair stylist should ask. I left the salon feeling like a new woman! Will definitely book him again. Frank has been cutting my hair for years at another salon in Manchester , he recently moved to Mai salon so it was my first time and I was really impressed.
The minute I walked in i was made to feel very welcome. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help .
