The salon is undergoing refurbishment but there were hairs everywhere, it could still be kept clean. Roots were made lighter than normal colour. Was offered to come back and have them redone but no refund

Saffy and the rest of the staff were really friendly and the whole salon has a nice ambiance. Saffy did really well and was so patient with my hair and it turned out so nice! Would definitely come back again :)
