It was my 1st visit to Mai Salon. Saffy was friendly and welcoming. My hair really needed some tlc - I did look like a scrub! Saffy listened to my needs and well did she deliver. Extremely happy with the end results. I'll be back. Thanks so much xx

Darcy did my half head highlights on Friday and she was absolutely fab! Really welcoming and friendly, very attentive and listened to what I wanted. My hair looks really healthy and the exact shade of blonde I wanted. 10/10 recommend! X

The salon is undergoing refurbishment but there were hairs everywhere, it could still be kept clean. Roots were made lighter than normal colour. Was offered to come back and have them redone but no refund
