I gave 4 for the atmosphere but I think it was because it was 4pm and I was the only client in there. So it felt quiet. Otherwise, it was lovely. Kay knew exactly what I wanted from what I described and she nailed it! Kay is very knowledgeable, and I felt reassured. I will definitely book in with Kay again
