Overall okay experience. Felt I was wanted in and out quickly, hardly cut my hair and wasn’t spoken too much. Also, got charged £5 service at the end despite already paying £45 ??

Ellie gave me a great recut, adding some much needed shape and taking weight out. I've struggled with what to do with my increasingly curly hair, but have always been put off having shape cut in by others. Ellie really listened and made it work, and gave me some great tips for styling.
