I had an appointment yesterday with Ellie for a cut, express deep treatment and a blow-dry. If I could rate my experience using more than five stars, I would. My entire life, I have been traumatised at the thought of trimming my hair or cutting it because hairstylists would always cut far more than I had asked for, but not Ellie. I trusted her and went for face-framing layers. I asked to keep the initial length, but add layers and Ellie was simply amazing. Ellie is a gem 💎.

Loved my new haircut by Ellie. Just note that if you want shorter haircut (above the neck), let the salon know beforehand so they can allocate someone specialising in that.
