Worst spa experience and staff highly unprofessional, this coming from a spa therapist, i have worked in 5* hotels across London, Newcastle and Spain for 7 years and have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a spa. Could not wait to attend this spa as the facilities looked beautiful, Bought this voucher for as a gift for my friend, unfortunately she fell ill and ended up in hospital the night before the spa day. My appointment was for 12 noon so at 9am i called the spa and spoke to the receptionist explaining the situation, offering to get a doctors note as proof and asked if it was possible to change the date of the appointment, i also said if this was not possible i understand and would still make the appointment and bring my mother instead, the receptionist told me a manager will call me back. 5 hours later, well after the start time i still had received no phone call so i called the spa again, spoke with a different receptionist who said the same thing again "a manager will call you back" by the next day, still no phone call i decided to call the company i bought the voucher from, they were apologetic and agreed at how unprofessional it was and issued me with a refund. The day after that i received a phone call from the spa "Hi, I have received a message you would like to change your appointment what date is that for" I explained they were 2 days too late so she got extremely rude saying there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and i should of called earlier (which of corse i had) i was happy i had received my refund so could not be bothered to argue with such unprofessional staff who do not know how to run a spa and i politely ended the conversation by hanging up as she was still shouting at me down the phone about how she had only just received a message about me wanting to change the date. Poor excuse of a spa, the facilities might be lovely and possibly the therapists as well however the receptionists and management are incompetent.

Staff are very friendly, the place is also very clean the pool is a little small but a problem that can be ignored. Enjoyed my deep tissue and facial massage thoroughly it put me to sleep that's how amazing it was! In addition to all of this the price is appropriate
