The staff were very friendly, my daughter and I had a massage and facial and they were both absolutely amazing. The sauna is very small and had several used cups on the floor got the duration of our 2 hour visit. At one point several children entered the swimming pool running and jumping into the pool which ruined the the relaxing ambience. Children aged 5-13 can use the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and swimming pool. I think children should be allowed to use the facility at specific time to allow others to have some quite time.

This was a gift for my daughters birthday and we arrived 7 minutes late for a manicure to be greeted by the therapist explaining it wasn’t possible in the rudest manor, not just because we were late but because she didn’t have room to set up her different treatments in different rooms! we were late due to traffic and then she said she would be able to paint her nails, however I was still charged for a manicure. I had originally booked for later but that appointment had been cancelled and re scheduled to the earlier time. I would have been happier with the entire experience had the therapist been more welcoming and understanding.
