Relaxing atmosphere and amazing aromatherapy massage

I never normally complain but felt I should. This was for my birthday with my mum and we did not have a good experience. The changing rooms were filthy, there was something awful and brown smeared on one of the shower doors and it was very grubby and cramped. There was a children’s swimming class going on in the pool with their parents sat waiting in the lounge chairs by the pool. The actual facial I had was nice (although it started 5 mins late and finished 5 mins early), and my mum enjoyed her massage but there was a confusion with timings and we could not have the sessions together, and the therapist told us she was working on her break to fit us in which was not great to hear.

Took a while to be greeted at reception but staff were polite once they saw us.
Treatment started a bit late but the treatment itself and the masseuse were lovely. Over all it was a good experience.

Pleasant overall experience. The massage, sauna and steam room were great. Just a shame the jacuzzi wasn’t working!
