I booked for an acrylic removal through Treatwell and wasn't able to go as I was called in for work so I tried contacting the salon several times to reschedule my appointment and they never once picked up the phone or contact me back. As I was really in need to remove my acrylic nails as I'm going for surgery I booked once more through the app. Later that day just before my appointment I got an email from Treatwell itself saying that they were unable to get in contact with the salon. I called the salon again while I was on my way to check my slot was still available and no answer. I arrived to the salon and was not greeted by anyone, I went to reception and the staff were giving me dirty looks, once I said I was there for my acrylic removal the nail technician started to shout and yell at my face telling me I should have contacted her the other day. She was extremely rude, unpleasant, unprofessional and very aggressive. I felt really uncomfortable as I was being yelled at in the salon infront of every one! She was so aggressive she hit her table which made her tea spill all other the table and chair! During the treatment she would keep staring at me and giving dirty looks. I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable and disrespected. This therapist is the most rudest staff member I have ever encountered and she needs to sort out her atitude and learn how to give better customer service. Will definitely never be going there again and I don't recommend it to anyone!
