I had my first manicure and mini pedicure ever. I'm pleased with the outcome but the experience wasn't a pleasant one. The nail technician seemed annoyed by my presence, no eye contact, not even a smile or a welcoming word. I read a lot of nice reviews so maybe it was a bad day? Anyway, I would expect some kindness as part of the service...
