I agree with previous reviews when they say the woman can come across very abrupt and a bit sharp almost rude. The work is of a average standard and there is just absolutely no need to be so uptight. I do not think i shall return nor recommend. If you book a treatment as i did to soak off and re-do then you would expect just that rather then be told it is not possible to soak off and rather have to have the nails filed down and then a refill done which is not what i paid for.
