Upon arrival everything was nice. I was called over not much eye contact or a hello but I wasn't bothered. I thought soak off meant no drills to take off acrylics and wasn't just all filing and sanding it down but I left it as she looked to be doing a nice job. Acrylics were taken off quite quickly and my nails looked quite shiny n well groomed. I was charged £10 though my email said £8... But I didn't say anything as she had done a nice job. After couple of days my nails started to chip away and I thought that can't be nails and they did look too nice to be true. When I looked from the bottom I could at least 1cm worth of acrylic still on all my finger nails apart from two! I sat there for nearly two hours taking off the acrylic which was ridiculous. I've never been to a nail shop where they've just left old acrylic off my nails and it was meant to be fully taken off. As nice as the nails designs are, I'll still to salons where the customer service is a bit more friendly and they don't over charge me. Wish this was a better review!
It was a good shellac manicure for the price. I would probably visit again because it was such a good price - £30 for shellac on hands and feet.
