Awful. There was 1hairdresser who is also the beautician and clearly over books. I have long hair with layers and she cut it in 6 minutes. ..As she was also dying hair, doing a beauty treatment and had two others waiting for eyebrow tints and lashes, she got the girl who threads eyebrows and is definitely not a hairdresser to dry and style my hair. This is unacceptable for someone paying full price for a qualified hairdresser. Needless to say my hair is very uneven. Avoid.

The salon just seemed overbooked. There were only two employees juggling between people coming in. I had to wait for 20 mins before the woman started doing my lashes. I wasn’t satisfied with the end result as they didn’t even seem slightly lifted. My brow lamination was also just really average. It seemed like I paid £70 for just getting my lashes and brows tinted… I genuinely wouldn’t recommend.

The lady who did the hair wash was good. The hairdresser did not do a thorough job on the haircut e.g. used razor which pulled at hair, untidy end, was rude when I asked for a little more length cut off at the back even though we had 20mins left in the session.
