Arrived for 6pm appt salon was being hovered and cleaned therapist called me over abruptly asked what I was having done price changed couple times then told have to have tops as I had one broken natural nail and couldn’t put biab straight onto a natural nail ?? I said I didn’t want tips told can’t have biab ?? rolling eyes rude and uninterested rude to her colleague also who was looking for the colour I had chosen she was snappy and pushing college I had removal only,left won’t go back
