I turned up for a booked IBX treatment manicure and when I arrived the therapist had no idea what this treatment is despite it being advertised on their website. I was given a very basic mini manicure and there was no sign of basic cleaning materials for the items used. It did not feel hygienic. I was charged £19 and will not return.
