This was my first visit. The staff were all very friendly. Holly was very skilled - I've been increasing my running and she immediately picked up on that due to tightness in my calves. She could have been a bit firmer however I was aware that she may have been a little gentler on me so as to not cause any initial discomfort. All in all, very happy with the experience and have booked in for another session.
