Do not go to this salon. They ruined my natural healthy hair. I asked for a natural balayage and showed a picture of a brunette with subtle blonde highlights. What I got was platinum yellow blonde with splotches of my natural brown. I am a banana. They fired the stylist who did my hair but refused but The RUDE owner refused to refund me, and after I got upset and started crying, told other salon goes that “she probably does this at all salons”.... I’ve not been to a salon since 2018.
It was my first haircut at Magi Alexander salon but definitely not the last one! My cut looks really great and it's exactly what I wanted to get. Loubna is super nice and caring and what's most important she's excellent stylist. Also, salon is really beautiful and atmosphere is really great there. I had really amazing experience. Highly recommend it!
