Salon looks nice after renovation. Lovely guy Aihan, listened to what I was after. Also he made some suggestions that worked. Result is a great haircut for festive season. Will be back so he can do his magic.
Whilst waiting to be seen to I noted that all the staff were happy and smiling. I was immediately served although I was 5m early. The hair wash was very good especially with the massage chair! I would recommend requesting for the neck rest if you are getting the conditioning treatment as my neck ached a bit. 2 stages of opalex was applied with 10m wait time in between. This was all applied very nicely. I did let them know that if they also did a mini 2minute head massage during the treatment/wash then I would definitely return... however we all know this is a rare occurence! The treatment did not include a full blow dry and only a rough dry so just be aware of that. I was however given a small discount for a blow dry top up since the description on Treatwell does state blow dry. So that was very flexible of them to offer this making me feel like a valued customer. My wavy blow dry was lovely and it is clear the director had a lot of experience. However I could have done with a glass of water and some magazines earlier on than after the treatment. I was advised of other alternative hair treatments for next time and I was shown the bottles of the products that they used. I really appreciated this as I am going through a new hair treatment adventure! Overall I had a very good experience and would come again. Thank you Madmazel!
