I booked an appointment at this salon, when I arrived there there was no sign or indication of the salon. I tried calling, third time I called, someone picked up telling me they moved to a different location and they will cancel the appointment from the salon and refund it. This was today at 11AM , now at 11 PM, no refund. Earlier I texted to ask about the refund, and she texted back saying she can’t get into the account. I am still waiting. I’m not sure why Treatwell is making it so difficult

The venue is stunning, a great place to spend the day with the girls.The customer service was excellent, I was well looked after by the lovely Stacey. I'm so happy with my nails, they look gorgeous and classy. I left feely very nourished. Thank you!

Very disorganised. Mixed up times for bookings. 45 min blowdry took over 2 hours before I gave up. Blowdry was rushed, pulling at my hair and rough drying made it more knotty and frizzed.
