Renata was very patient and precise. The venue is in an underground apartment, clean and essential, dedicated to laser treatments. The laser machine is new and powerful, and Renata is skilled and talented. Totally recommended.

Be warned. The app falsely shows a picture of a large professional salon but it was an at-home living-room in a dark dingy basement flat, with a dog barking in the next room.
Moreover, I got an eye infection on my lower lid from the unhygienic products used. And the appointment after me came and sat in the same room as me and watched me as I completed my treatment which was so uncomfortable!

Renata was lovely and it was a great lash lift! The top lashes look the best they ever had, there was a slight language barrier so the bottom lashes weren’t touched which is a little frustrating but I should have translated better!

Perfect! I had a removal of my old lashes and was given a new set of hybrid extensions. The girls there are lovely and very good at their job. :) The room is cosy too. I would definitely return
