Renata is the best eyelash tech in London hands down. She is always patient, pays attention to detail and gentle applying on the lashes. She ensures you are comfortable before she starts, she is reassuring and does not finish the application until she is completely satisfied that they are looking perfect, she applies each lash gently and there is no irritation after. I have used there services over 5 times now and will not to go anywhere else. I love my lashes!!! Thank you Renata 😊💗

The therapist was polite, attentive and professional. The lashes turned out well, nothing fell off yet. The light was a bit bright which caused discomfort which I never had before otherwise I felt welcome and comfortable. Would also be good to have a small hand mirror to look at at the end. The therapist used a fan to dry the glue quicker which was a big bonus I'm surprised not everywhere uses that because it is such a good idea.
