Although my haircut is lovely, I did not have the best experience for the cost of my treatment. Due to the snow, the hot water was not working so my hair was not washed properly. However the hairdresser did offer to wash my hair again after which was nice of him. I had to wait 30 minutes until I was seen which was not ideal, realise I had changed to an earlier appointment but if they believed it would be too tight, it would have been best to say so. Also it was not told to me before hand that they only accept cash payments.
My son has used this place numerous times and always gets a great haircut

Good hair, but slightly disappointing experience. Tried to sell me a lot of extras. Shame because if it hadn't been for that I'd have been keen to go back but it left me feeling rather uncomfortable. I've been having my hair highlighted every few months for 20 years and I've never previously been told that extra colours would cost more.
