The salon is lovely and clean, and the staff are friendly.
The blowdry itself was OK. My stylist seemed to understand what result I was after and that I needed it to last as it was my best friend's wedding.
Unfortunately the blowdry didn't last or look how I wanted.
Maybe it's a case of trying a different technique suited to my hair type, but I may only return to the salon if I was given a discount as £25 is a little more than I'd like to pay for a blowdry.
I am local resident in whetstone and this was my first visit to made in whetstone for a gents "wash and dry" I was frankly underwhelmed and am unlikely to visit again. I had the last appointment in the day (6.30pm) due to work and my overall experience was that the haircut was very rushed, likely as it was to closing time. The included "wash" was not offered and a clear response was not provided when I asked why. The stylist did not even dampen my hair with water before the cut. I have thick hair and this made it a painful experience. Finally the stylist took a break from cutting my hair several times to answer the phone and another walk in customer's query, as the only other staff member present appeared to be busy in the phone!
From Start to Finish it was an excellent experience. Everyone was so lovely and I especially loved the choice and selection of products. Very glamorous and beautiful. My hairdresser managed to do the impossible and I am very happy with my hair.
