Disappointment, she ripped half of my hair out, hair was unevenly cut. I had to keep telling her which part to cut. I got a wash cut & blowdry. My hair became super frizzy after leaving the salon. As she didn’t condition or put any products.

Honestly wouldn’t go again I’m very disappointed by the behaviour , she was very aggressive with my hair I’m very upset, the owner was on the phone shouting at me and charging me extra for things

I booked in for a Hollywood Wax with Hot Wax and was told that they do not sell hot wax. My question here is why advertise something you do not have? She gaslit me to try to believe strip wax is better than hot wax however hot wax is evidently more expensive due to better quality. I had to tell the therapist several times to wax the same area as the quality of her wax was poor. She left out a lot of hairShe used just 2 and a half wax strips on the entire area. It was clear she had no experience
