Sonu was lovely and did a great neck and face massage. However, the room is really small and in a clothes shop so you can hear absolutely everything even though the ambience music in the room was turned up really loud. Good for the price.

I booked in for a wash, cut and blowdry.
The sink for the wash was really low and uncomfortable. I requested a cut with long layers and a blow dry. I had assumed the blow dry would mean i receive finished styled hair, however apparently a blow dry is not the same meaning as it would be in other salons. I was given a rough dry and told it does not include styling.
When i styled my hair myself at home, the layered cut was very visible steps in my hair and not blended.
