I feel it is fair to say this was the worst experience I had in a salon. the promise to come out feeling relaxed and refreshed is far from it. The salon is also a clothes shop, there was only one person doing everything, I was there a whole 4 hrs!

she had cancelled on me on the day and argued with me about refunding me the money. I still haven’t recieved my money back for a service I didn’t even get.
