Deep cleansing facial was ok. There was no steaming even though that was mentioned in the description. I also did arm waxing , which was good .

First time I went to this place, booked as a last minute as my usual place was fully booked. It’s located inside a clothing shop, and is small but functional. The wax was not perfect but good enough. She was careful and no burns/ripped skin but some little hairs remain.

Lovely women however her waxing skills were not up to a standard. A wax that should have took 30 mins too an hour.

Fakra was lovely, personable, attentive and professional. Room was tiny (2m x 2m) and hot, making Hollywood wax an uncomfortable as there wasn’t room to move legs as needed. £5 extra for hot wax wasn’t listed when booking. Double-dipping is unhygienic and underarms were sore from excessive strip removal. Hollywood didn’t include peri-anal area which was disappointing as it’s not as advertised. Still, good value at £30 for full legs, Vaginal wax, and underarms. I will come back to try a massage!
