Great service and attention to detail. Some staff are very nice, namely Vera, while some staff can be very short and curt when communicating. It gives off vibes that they only servicing you because you are a paying customer. Very impersonal and cold, bordering unfriendly which does not fit with the aesthetic of the salon. I go there because it is one of a few salons that does BIAB on the Uxbridge town centre.
