I was asked to come earlier than my original booking and I agreed. Then my new booking was moved to an even earlier time without notice. I let them know that didn't work for me, so I go at the agreed time, but instead of sorry, they tell me I'm late.

It was good and I left happy. The only issue was that the nail files were not single-use — the same file was used for everyone. This increases the risk of disease and infection, which is a bit concerning.
